Where has the time gone?
Over the course of this semester we studied leadership through examining multiple principles, ideas, and theories. Some we agreed on and some we did not; however, all were fascinating nonetheless. We also looked at the book Good to Great by Jim Collins and his research on leadership.

I chose not to just examine the research for what it is, but also for how it applies to my life personally and professionally. As you may have noted, most of my blog posts explains how the topic pertains to my life in one way or another. By doing this, I gained insight on where I stand in the different theories and what I need to improve to become a successful leader.

We studied and reviewed many different perspectives and ideas of leadership throughout this blog, but if I had to conclude everything into a brief point it would be that leadership could be developed, no matter who you are or what you do. Leadership is no doubt a special skill, but everyone has the ability to learn it, develop it, work on it, and improve it.
